How Order Tracking Works

Your order is verified and prepared for dispatch.
2Courier Assigned
A partner is selected according to PIN code and serviceability.
3AWB Shared
The tracking number is shared after handover to the courier.
4Track Delivery
Open the relevant tracking page and enter the AWB or consignment number.
Important Shipping Conditions
- Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable mobile number.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
- The courier partner may contact the customer for directions or address confirmation.
- A failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, unavailable customer or unreachable phone number may result in a reattempt or return-to-origin.
- The expected delivery date can change after dispatch because of courier-network or destination conditions.
- BuyVero may use India Post or another suitable service where private courier coverage is limited.
- Do not share OTPs, banking credentials or payment details with unknown persons claiming to be courier representatives.
