By visiting BuyVero, registering an account, placing an order or using any service offered through the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use the platform if you do not agree with these terms.
1. About BuyVero
BuyVero operates as an online marketplace that enables customers to discover and purchase products offered by BuyVero and/or independent third-party sellers.
Where a product is supplied by a third-party seller, the relevant seller is responsible for the product description, price, quality, stock availability, authenticity, statutory declarations, warranties and fulfilment obligations applicable to that product.
BuyVero may provide marketplace technology, payment facilitation, customer support, order-management and logistics coordination services.
2. Eligibility to Use the Platform
You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
Individuals below 18 years of age may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian shall be responsible for all activity and transactions carried out by the minor.
Business users must have the authority to act on behalf of the business or organisation they represent.
3. User Account
Certain features may require account registration.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, mobile number, email address, billing address and delivery address.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and OTPs.
- Restricting unauthorised access to your account.
- Informing BuyVero immediately about suspected unauthorised activity.
- Ensuring that the information saved in your account remains accurate.
BuyVero may suspend or restrict an account where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, multiple false orders, payment abuse, policy violations or unlawful activity.
4. Product Information
BuyVero and its sellers make reasonable efforts to display accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability.
However:
- Product colours may vary because of screen settings, lighting or photography.
- Product images may include accessories or presentation elements not included in the sale.
- Measurements and dimensions may be approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Packaging may change without materially changing the product.
- Minor typographical or technical errors may occur.
Customers should review the complete product description, seller information, price, delivery estimate, warranty details and return eligibility before placing an order.
5. Prices and Taxes
Product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
The final amount payable may include:
- Product price.
- Applicable GST or other taxes.
- Shipping or delivery charges.
- Platform, handling or convenience fees, where applicable.
- Discounts, coupons or promotional adjustments.
All applicable charges will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.
BuyVero may correct a pricing or listing error before dispatch. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price because of a clear technical or typographical error, BuyVero may cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any amount already collected.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
An order may be accepted after verification of:
- Product availability.
- Seller confirmation.
- Payment status.
- Delivery PIN-code serviceability.
- Customer and address details.
- Fraud and risk checks.
BuyVero may cancel an order before dispatch where the product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, undeliverable, suspected to be fraudulent or affected by a technical error.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by BuyVero, the collected amount will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks or other payment-service providers.
Customers must use payment methods they are legally authorised to use.
BuyVero does not ask customers to disclose card PINs, UPI PINs, banking passwords or OTPs through telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails or courier representatives.
A transaction may be declined because of bank restrictions, technical failure, risk controls, insufficient funds or inaccurate payment information.
In case money is debited but the order is not confirmed, the reversal timeline may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders may be shipped using authorised logistics partners, including private courier companies and India Post, depending on serviceability, package characteristics and destination.
Estimated timelines after dispatch are generally:
- Metro cities: Approximately 2 days.
- Non-metro cities: Approximately 2–4 days.
- Pan-India or remote locations: Approximately 3–6 days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may change because of weather, public holidays, local restrictions, transport disruption, sale periods, courier delays or other events outside BuyVero’s reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable mobile number.

9. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner may contact the customer for directions, address confirmation or delivery coordination.
Delivery may fail where:
- The address or PIN code is incorrect.
- The customer is unavailable.
- The customer cannot be contacted.
- Entry to the delivery location is restricted.
- Delivery is refused.
- Cash-on-delivery payment is not available at the time of delivery.
A failed delivery may result in another attempt or return-to-origin. Re-shipping charges may apply where the failure was caused by incorrect customer information or refusal to accept a valid order.
10. Inspection at Delivery
Customers should inspect the external package at the time of delivery.
Do not accept a package that appears materially opened, tampered with, leaking or severely damaged. Where possible, record photographs or a video before opening a disputed package.
Any damaged, incorrect, incomplete or missing-item claim should be reported promptly through the stated customer-support channel with the order ID and supporting evidence.
11. Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before dispatch where the cancellation option is available.
Once an order has been packed, handed over to the courier or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
BuyVero or the seller may cancel an order because of:
- Stock unavailability.
- Incorrect price or listing information.
- Payment failure.
- Delivery-service limitations.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Legal or regulatory restrictions.
- Operational or technical errors.
Any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund policy.
12. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns and replacements are subject to:
- The product category.
- Seller policy.
- Product condition.
- Return window.
- Reason for return.
- Availability of supporting evidence.
- Applicable law.
A product may be ineligible for return where it is:
- Used, altered, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Missing its original packaging, tags, manuals or accessories.
- Customised or personalised.
- Hygiene-sensitive or otherwise marked non-returnable.
- Damaged because of misuse or improper handling.
- Returned after the applicable return period.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.
Approved refunds are ordinarily made to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

13. Marketplace Sellers
Independent sellers may list and sell products on BuyVero.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings and products comply with applicable laws, including requirements relating to:
- Product quality and safety.
- Legal metrology declarations.
- Tax invoices.
- Brand authorisation.
- Intellectual-property rights.
- Warranties and after-sales service.
- Product authenticity.
- Packaging and labelling.
- Returns and refunds.
Seller information may be displayed on the relevant product or order page as required.
BuyVero may remove a listing, suspend a seller or cancel an order where a seller or product appears to violate marketplace policies or applicable law.
14. Product Warranty
Manufacturer or seller warranties apply only where expressly stated on the product page, invoice or warranty documentation.
Warranty claims may need to be raised directly with the manufacturer or authorised service centre.
BuyVero does not independently extend a manufacturer’s warranty unless a separate written warranty is expressly provided by BuyVero.
15. Reviews and User Content
Customers may be permitted to submit ratings, reviews, questions, images or other content.
You agree not to submit content that is:
- False, misleading or defamatory.
- Abusive, threatening or discriminatory.
- Obscene or unlawful.
- Unrelated to the product or transaction.
- Infringing another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Promotional spam or manipulated content.
BuyVero may moderate, restrict or remove content that violates these terms.
By submitting content, you grant BuyVero a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce and use that content for marketplace, customer-support and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
16. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Place false or malicious orders.
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers or data.
- Introduce malware, harmful scripts or automated attacks.
- Scrape or copy platform content without permission.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Manipulate ratings, reviews, coupons or promotions.
- Use stolen payment details.
- Resell restricted goods unlawfully.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
BuyVero may suspend access and report suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
17. Promotions and Coupons
Coupons, discounts, promotional prices and special offers may be subject to separate conditions, including:
- Validity period.
- Minimum order value.
- Eligible products or sellers.
- Usage limits.
- Payment-method restrictions.
- Customer eligibility.
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
BuyVero may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse or a technical error.
18. Intellectual Property
The BuyVero name, logo, design, software, website layout, text, graphics and other platform content are owned by or licensed to Disha Solutions unless otherwise stated.
Third-party brand names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit platform content without written permission from the relevant rights holder.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to seller pages, courier websites, payment gateways, social-media platforms or other third-party services.
These services operate under their own terms and policies. BuyVero is not responsible for the availability, security or independent content of third-party websites.
Courier tracking information is supplied by the relevant logistics provider and may not always update in real time.
20. Privacy and Communications
Personal information is collected, used and protected according to BuyVero’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to:
- Account verification.
- Order confirmation.
- Payment status.
- Shipping and delivery.
- Returns and refunds.
- Customer-support requests.
- Security alerts.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable permissions, and available opt-out options may be used.
21. Platform Availability
BuyVero aims to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, security updates, hosting issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Features, layouts and services may be modified or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuyVero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from platform use, delivery delays, third-party services or unauthorised account access caused by the user.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
23. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Disha Solutions, BuyVero and their representatives against claims, losses or expenses resulting from:
- Your unlawful use of the platform.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent activity carried out through your account.
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Content submitted by you.
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
24. Force Majeure
BuyVero shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbance, internet failure, courier disruption, transport interruption or payment-network failure.
25. Changes to These Terms
BuyVero may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, operations, technology or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be published on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
26. Suspension and Termination
BuyVero may suspend or terminate access where a user:
- Violates these Terms.
- Engages in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
- Creates security or legal risk.
- Misuses returns, refunds, coupons or payment systems.
- Provides false or misleading information.
Outstanding payment, delivery, refund and legal obligations may continue after account termination.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and the jurisdiction of statutory consumer forums, courts situated in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform.

29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Marketplace Policy and other policies displayed on BuyVero, constitute the agreement governing use of the platform.
